Shipping, Returns & Privacy
Shipment processing time
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These rates include delivery to your door and insurance against damage or loss during transit.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes
- We can only ship to residential or business addresses.
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Local Pickup
- At checkout you can choose to collect the goods from our premises in Tully, North Queensland.
- Choose this option if you live close by and would like to pick up in person.
- You may also choose this option if you would like to arrange your own freight provider (at your expense).
- We will be in contact to provide the pick up address and to make arrangements once your order has been placed.
Damages or Loss
- Insurance is included in the freight charges. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please take photographs and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before making a claim.
International Shipping
- We do not arrange shipping overseas at this time. You can choose “Local Pickup” and make your own freight arrangements if you wish.
Warranty
- The Saviour BBQ is built to last and we warrant the quality and durability of our product when used for its designed purpose in accordance with the user manual.
- At our discretion, we will make arrangements to repair or replace parts of the BBQ if they are subject to defect, unacceptable quality or manufacturing fault for a period of 12 MONTHS.
- We will not replace or repair in the event of normal ‘wear and tear’ or if the product has been improperly used, modified, or poorly maintained.
- Contact us via our help page if you wish to make a warranty claim. Please ensure you have clear photographs of the defect so we can quickly assist you.
- When purchased and used in Australia, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australia Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Returns
- Returns must be authorised by Saviour BBQ. Do not ship products back to us without seeking advice from us first.
- The customer must pay all return freight costs (excluding approved warranty claims).
Personal information and data
By personal information we mean identifiable information about you like your name, e-mail address, address, telephone number, payment information and so on.
This information is only collected to process and provide our service to you.
- Identifying and contact information (such as name, home address, shipping/billing addresses, email address and telephone phone number)
- Credit card or other payment details
- Order history and purchase information
- Information you voluntarily provide to us, for example reviews, testimonials or newsletter subscriptions
- Website usage and other technical data such as details of your visits to our website or information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies.
This information is stored indefinitely so as to provide you with the best possible customer service should you need to visit again or contact us for any reason. You may request in writing to have this information removed from our records if you wish.
